The Bakery

The Bakery at Pumpkin Tales uses only the best available organic, locally-sourced ingredients and serves delicious, daily-baked breads, desserts, homemade cakes and more. Being an artisanal bakery, we are passionate about our breads (especially sourdough!) and bake all of our goods in small batches, fresh every day.

For a baker, every day is different.

As artisanal bakers, we are taught to read into everything – the weather, the flour and even yesterday’s stale bread. This ensures that you get the perfect loaf of bread, every time. A complex art of balancing yeast, moisture and temperature with the most basic ingredients of flour and water, we are glad to say that while it may take many years for some to perfect the process, we’re already there.
